How do busy moms add fitness to their lives?

This year we have invited Jaime Perry to speak to us about how we add fitness to our lives.  We all know we need to do it, but it is hard to take make the time when diapers need to be changed, children need to nap, you work outside of the home and have homework and chores to do in the evening.  We all know the excuses, right?  That is why we have asked Jaime to join us.  Here is some information about Jaime and I cannot wait to hear what she has to say!!

Jaime is a School Counselor, Personal Trainer and Health and Wellness Coach, who has a passion for working with people, to help people live their best life. Jaime has two children, ages 10. And 7, and has been married to her husband for 13 years. 

Her motto with getting healthy and happy is, “do what works for you, and do what makes you happy!!”
Jaime will be one of your choices in session 1.
